Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 45 days. If more than 45 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you decide to return the item, please send us an email to info@eyegees.com, noting which item you wish to return and which shipping option you will use. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Exchanges:

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@eyegees.com explaining why you wish to exchange the item. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case you received "Free Shipping" for your original purchase as a part of a promotion, the shipping costs that you would have normally paid for that order will be deducted from the refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
